Privacy & data

We keep this simple.

Your procedures and videos

• We use the documents you send only to make your videos.
• Files are stored privately and are not shared with anyone else or used to train AI models.
• We sign an NDA on request and delete your files when you ask.
• Worker sign-off records belong to you; we export them on request and delete them when the engagement ends, unless you ask us to keep them.

Contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, work email, company and message. We use them only to reply to you about your request.

Service providers

To produce videos we use trusted processors for hosting, text-to-speech narration and AI-assisted writing and translation. They process content only to provide the service.
